SpaceMasters is a Dubai Land Department-licensed brokerage, in business for 28 years, with commercial property · warehouses, plots, and open yards · as our core strength alongside freehold communities and the secondary market. We're registered with major developers including Emaar, Sobha, Ellington, Binghatti, Damac, and Dubai Holding, and we handle buying, selling, leasing, and property management under one roof, including day-to-day care for owners based overseas.
The name is the approach: treat every property as a space to be planned, measured, and delivered with precision · not just listed. That's held true since our earliest clients, many of whom we still work with 25 years on.
